vippp Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the vippp platform and its users ("players" or "members"). By opening an account or using the platform, you fully agree to all of the terms below.

vippp provides an online casino and betting service for the Bangladesh market. Our platform includes cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming options.

• These terms are written in Bengali and apply to players residing in Bangladesh.
• If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the vippp service.
• vippp reserves the right to update these terms at any time; notice will be given if changes are made.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at vippp, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active mobile number and a personal email address.
• Each person may hold only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

vippp may request documents to verify a player's identity at any time. These include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You must keep your account login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to vippp support immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for making deposits at vippp:

• bKash — instant deposit
• Nagad — instant deposit
• Rocket — instant deposit
• Bank Transfer — from major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (same for all methods). Every deposit must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals. If any suspicious transaction is detected, vippp reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

vippp offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳18,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus must be used within a specified period; it will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; they are for gameplay use only.
• vippp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

Once a bet is finalised on vippp, it cannot be changed. The decision to accept or reject a bet is at the sole discretion of vippp.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting covers matches in various formats including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Please read the match rules and market terms carefully before placing a bet.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game or while betting, vippp reserves the right to cancel the relevant round or bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5.4 Incorrect Information & Errors

If a bet is accepted due to a technical error or incorrect information, vippp reserves the right to cancel it and refund the relevant amount.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vippp platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using fraudulent methods to take advantage of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or AI.
• Fraud, threats, or disrespectful behaviour towards other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's financial account.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by vippp

vippp may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Proven use of false identity or information.
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from a government authority.

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time. Send a request to [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.

8. Responsible Gaming
